Shipping Destinations: 

Mondoir Gallery ships to almost all destinations worldwide, subject to availability.

 

Shipping Charges:

Depending on the size, required packaging, and destination, artwork shipping charges may apply. Shipping charges will be communicated to the buyer at the time of purchase.

 

Import Duties and Taxes:

The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other expenses associated with receiving the artwork or other merchandise bought when importing. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges and must be paid by the buyer upon receipt of the shipment.

 

Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility:

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Any costs arising from shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address, unavailability to receive the shipment, or refusal to receive the shipment by the recipient will be the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping charges.

 

VAT and Additional Charges:

We may charge VAT on shipping subject to local and international laws. Any additional charges related to shipping will be communicated to the buyer at the time of purchase.

 

Refund Policy:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
